Absolutely loved it!

Half-day bootcamp – I absolutely loved it! Great workout! I especially enjoyed the hike at the cascades, beautiful day for it! If anyone is thinking of coming along don’t hesitate. You can go at your own pace and adapt the exercises if needed. Really friendly group; roll on the next one.

Being a “mature” woman with tight hip flexors and little upper body strength, I was a bit apprehensive. Phill was very encouraging and pushed me just enough, but not to the point where I was going to do myself any damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

The Bootcamp classes were second to none – hardcore, but fun with a great mix of physical challenges. Nutrition

At Le Manoir we don't believe in starvation diets, because they are bad for your health. Your body has to have a regular intake of the right foods, nutrients and hydration, especially when you are exercising. And that's why your All-Inclusive stay includes three wholesome, nutritionally balanced meals a day.

Lobke is our masseuse, nutritionist and life coach. She will be available for group and 1-2-1 nutritional analysis and advice during and after your stay.

Phill Kenny

CYG Qualified PT and Fitness instructor. With 10+ years experience teaching and instructing in his own gym and wellness centre, including Le Manoir.

Sophie and Esteban

Sophie Hervault & Estefan Delahougue. PT Fitness instructors with various qualifications, including weightlifting, bodybuilding and sports specialist.
